A Partner in the Messy Middle: Why I Coach.

For a long time, I wondered: Am I allowed to lead others when I am still navigating the messy middle myself? 

 

I realized the answer is a resounding yes. I don’t coach from a pedestal of perfection; I coach from the trenches. I know what it feels like when the path forward feels like walking through heavy mud, and I know the immense effort it takes to rewire a brain that is stuck believing the worst.

 

My passion for Holistic Life Coaching was born from this reality. I’ve learned that wellness isn't a lifestyle aesthetic—it is a vital support system for your soul. True health isn't just about what you eat or how you move; it’s about how you speak to yourself, how you manage your energy, and how you find the courage to Padayon (continue) when the fog settles in.

My Approach: I specialize in the "Deep Dive." While standard coaching might focus on a checklist of habits, we focus on expansion. Together, we look at the harmony of your mind, body, and spirit to build a toolkit that survives your hardest days.

The Philosophy

Let's be honest: Wellness can feel fake. It can feel silly, performative, or completely out of reach. We see the polished images and think, “Why is this so easy for everyone else?”

The truth is, it isn't. Wellness is simple in theory, but it is deeply hard in practice—especially when you aren't feeling well to begin with.

That is why I chose the name Padayon (puh-die-on). It is a Visayan word that means "to continue" or "keep going."

To me, this word is a lifeline. It acknowledges that motivation fades, self-confidence waves, and the "fog" of life settles in. But Padayon reminds us that we don't need to be perfect to make progress. We just need the courage to take the next small step.

My philosophy is simple: Wellness isn't about fixing yourself because you are broken. It's about supporting yourself so you can keep going.

By identifying emotional roadblocks and core values, we build a toolkit that helps you navigate life’s "fog." This ensures your wellness survives your hardest days and feels restorative to your soul.
