Meeting You at the Heart of the Journey.

I specialize in supporting people through the 'fog' of life's heavy seasons. My work focuses on the deep connection between how we treat ourselves and how we show up for others. Using a blend of behavior change science and somatic awareness, I help you build a resilient foundation for a life that feels authentic, not just performative.

I specialize in bridging the gap between how we treat ourselves and how we show up for others. Here are the core areas we can work on together:

  • Relationship with Self: Quietening the inner critic, somatic boundary setting, and rediscovering your "intrinsic why."

  • Relationship with Others: Breaking anxious/avoidant attachment cycles and building a communication toolkit for the "messy middle."

  • Holistic Vitality: Nervous system regulation and using nourishment as a supportive tool for emotional resilience.

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)

My practice is rooted in the gold standard of behavior change psychology, reflecting the rigorous standards set by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. As an NBC-HWC, I am not here to act as a drill sergeant or hand you a generic 30-day plan. Instead, I am trained in evidence-based techniques to help you uncover your own intrinsic motivation. This certification ensures our sessions are a safe, highly regulated space where you hold the map, and we work together to build sustainable habits that actually fit your real life.

Certified Holistic Life Coach (Health Coach Institute)

My life coaching training through the Health Coach Institute is where we zoom out to look at your entire human experience. This certification focuses on the deep connection between your mindset, your environment, and your relationships. It equips me to help you navigate life's inevitable transitions and heavy seasons by honoring exactly where you are. Together, we look at the whole picture—the mica and the mud—so you can uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build the resilience to just keep going.
