Discovery Call

Let's keep it casual. This isn't a high-pressure pitch promising to "fix" your life in 20 minutes. It's simply a safe, judgment-free space for us to be honest about where you are right now—struggles and all—and see if we're a good match to walk this path together.

What I Offer

The Steady

Most wellness plans fail because they assume you'll always be motivated. We know better. This program is your safety net for the days you want to quit.

Together, we won't just set goals; we'll dig into the messy work of rewiring the negative self-talk that holds you back. I will be the partner who helps you find the path forward—even when the path is hard to see.

The Momentum

Life happens between sessions. This immersion offers a stronger safety net for a total reset. You get everything in the 1:1 coaching, plus priority messaging support—so you can process triggers without waiting a week. We also include a comprehensive lifestyle assessment to ensure your daily environment and routines actively support your success.

Myth: Holistic Coaching is a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

The Truth: Coaching and therapy are different tools for different needs. While therapy often looks backward to heal past trauma or diagnose clinical conditions, coaching is forward-facing. I do not provide clinical diagnoses or mental health treatment. Instead, we focus on where you are now and how to build a resilient, aligned future. If you are working with a therapist, coaching can be a beautiful, complementary partnership to support your daily action steps.

Myth: A Health Coach is just a nutritionist or a personal trainer.

The Truth: While those are parts of the puzzle, a holistic coach looks at the whole system. I don't just care about what’s on your plate; I care about what’s on your mind, how you handle stress, and whether your lifestyle aligns with your soul’s purpose.

Myth: You only need a coach if you are "unhealthy" or "out of shape."

The Truth: Coaching is for anyone feeling "stuck." Whether you are high-achieving but burnt out, or navigating a heavy life transition, coaching provides the mental and emotional scaffolding to help you move forward.

Myth: A coach is a "Guru" who will tell you exactly what to do.

The Truth: You are the expert on your own life. My job isn't to give you a map; it's to help you clear the fog so you can find your own North Star. We are partners, not teacher and student.

Myth: Holistic coaching is "woo-woo" or not based on science.

The Truth: Holistic simply means "whole." My approach is grounded in Positive Psychology and Behavioral Science. We use evidence-based tools to rewire habits, but we apply them with deep human empathy.

Myth: You have to be "ready" and motivated to start coaching.

The Truth: If you wait until you're perfectly motivated, you'll never start. Coaching is actually most effective when you're in the middle of the struggle. We build the momentum together, one breath at a time.

Change moves like the tide—sometimes retreating in stillness, other times rushing forward with renewed life. My role is to hold space for the winding path of your journey, honoring the internal shifts that numbers can’t measure. We are here to dismantle the pursuit of perfection and replace it with something more enduring: momentum. It is the steady, sacred act of choosing yourself, through every changing season.
