Service Description

Booking a session with someone new is its own small act of courage — so here's exactly what you're walking into. No mystery, no performance. First, we land. The first few minutes aren't "coaching" yet. You arrive, you exhale, you say the thing that's been sitting on your chest. I'm not taking notes on how you're broken. I'm listening for what actually matters to you underneath the story you've told yourself a hundred times. Most people notice their shoulders drop somewhere in here. Then we find the real knot. You might come in naming one thing — a conflict that keeps repeating, a person you can't stop replaying, a situation where you've gone quiet — and twenty minutes later we've found it's actually about a boundary you learned wasn't safe to have. We don't stay on the surface. I'll ask questions you might not have asked yourself, and reflect back patterns you're too close to see. This is the part where things click into focus. We settle your system enough to think. You can't get clarity from a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. So we'll use holistic, body-based tools — breath, grounding, a bit of somatic work — to get you out of the spin and back into a place where you can actually make a choice instead of just reacting. This isn't woo. It's how you stop the fog from running the show. You leave with one real next step. Not a 40-item life overhaul. One honest, doable thing — a boundary to name, a conversation to have, a story to stop telling yourself. Something small enough to actually do and big enough to change the temperature of what you're dealing with. What it is not: It's not therapy, and I won't pretend to diagnose or fix you. It's not a lecture where I hand you a worksheet and send you off. And it's not a sales trap — one session is a whole session, complete on its own. You come with a specific fog; you leave with your footing. Come as you are — tired, unsure, mid-spiral, whatever. That's the right way to show up.
