Padayon Wellness

Padayon is a Filipino word (from the Visayan language) that means "carry on" or "keep going." It is the heartbeat of my practice—because healing isn't a race to the finish line. It is simply the act of keeping going, one breath at a time.

Hi! I'm Michelle 

I believe that human connection, in all its forms, is the most vital nutrient for our wellbeing and long-term health.

While I am a National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Candidate and a graduate of the Health Coach Institute, my real work is helping you repair and deepen the connections that sustain you. Whether it’s the way you speak to yourself in the mirror, how you show up for your family, or the intimacy you share with a partner, these relationships dictate the quality of your life.

Think of this as a sanctuary to ensure you feel safe, heard, and supported before we begin our work together. Relational change—both with yourself and others—happens in the quiet moments between sessions. The Steady Connection is designed for those ready to move from "knowing" to "being" through consistent, gentle integration.

We meet every other week to navigate the real-world obstacles that arise as you practice new boundaries, communication styles, or self-compassion tools. This pace provides a vital safety net, ensuring you don't drift back into old patterns when life gets loud. It’s the perfect balance of independence and expert support—giving you the space to grow at your own rhythm while staying anchored in your progress. ​

The Momentum
Weekly Immersion for Deep Rewiring

Life doesn't pause between sessions. This 6-week immersion is for those ready to break deep-seated cycles and who need a partner in the trenches. We meet every week to keep momentum high, but the real magic happens in the "messy middle" of your daily life. ​

 

You get priority message support so you don't have to spiral alone when a trigger hits. Whether it's a difficult conversation or an inner-critic flare-up, you can message me anytime for real-time guidance. We also include a Relational Blueprint Assessment to identify your unique attachment needs, ensuring your path forward is built on authentic self-connection.
